Fall :- This is Main intake includes start date in the month of August or September where all range of programs available in Undergraduate and Postgraduates

Spring:- This is Secondary intake includes start date in the month of January or February where limited programs available in Undergraduate and Postgraduates

Summer:- This is Optional intake includes start date in the month of May or June. Minimum number of universities provide this intake.

Student Journey

1. Program Selection

The student researches universities or colleges in the USA, selects programs of interest, and we submit the applications for admission after student concern. Choosing proper program as per the preferred university and location, student must provide all mandatory documents for assessment.

Mandatory Documents:

All Academic documents including 10th, 12th , Diploma’s, Bachelor’s, Master’s Transcript, Semester wise Marksheet and Degree Certificate. Backlogs Summary if applicable

IELTS/ PTE/ TOEFL/ MOI (Medium of Instruction Letter)

2. Application Process

Most of Universities charge application fees $ 30 USD to $150 USD(non- refundable). Here we try to provide maximum waiver in Application fees to reduce the risk in first stage Application process require documents

LOR (1 for UG and 2 or 3 for PG)

Proof of Gap Justification (Appointment letter, Work Experience Certificate, Certificate program, Voluntary Work for Non-profit Organization, Freelancing, Own business require Registration proof of Firm

SAT/ACT (The Scholastic Assessment Test (SAT) and ACT (American College Testing) are both standardized tests used for college admissions in the US. This exam generally help students to acquire maximum scholarship in their undergraduate admission

GRE/GMAT :- Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT) score required when student applying for business or MBA program at master level while Graduate Record Examination (GRE) score required when student applying for Engineering, Natural Sciences, Healthcare, Education.

Documents Evaluation:- WES/ NACES required mostly for 3 year degree students intend to apply for masters

In order to get Acceptance/ Unconditional offer student must have to fulfil document requirement mentioned above including documents written in program selection stage.

3. Financial Preparation

Once the application is done university will take 2 to 3 weeks for offer decision and after receiving offer. Student prepare for financials the evidence of financial ability to cover tuition, fees, and living expenses for the duration of the academic program as per the requirement of university because every university has different criteria for financials.

4. Acquire I20

Upon acceptance, student request for I20 and submit the above financials to acquire I20 from University. The institution issues a Form I-20 (for F-1 visa applicants) or Form DS-2019 (for J-1 visa applicants).

5. Student Visa Application

6. Travel to USA

Once the visa is approved, It is important that student pay fees before he/she fly, then they can make travel arrangements to the USA. They should plan to arrive several weeks before the start of classes to settle in and attend orientation. Throughout their studies in the USA, the student must maintain their visa status by attending classes, abiding by visa regulations, and complying with any reporting requirements. Students must carry above all documents with him/her including flight tickets.
